About this deal

I'm not ready to go seek the next one out, but if I run out of other things to read at some point I might. It is a delightful cozy read and easy to do if you want something in between books that have been a bit hard going, this is a nice one to pick up read in a couple of days. Full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available in the UK from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or your Local Authority's Trading Standards Office. For David Goggins, childhood was a nightmare--poverty, prejudice, and physical abuse colored his days and haunted his nights. You'd think that might have been the reason she was found dead in the kitchen's walk in freezer but no, the police mark it off as an accidental death, despite there being copious amounts of blood spread all over the freezer and scratch marks on the door.

I'm usually okay with that, especially in a first in series book when characters and setting have to be established.A slow paced beginning sets up the murder of their kitchen manager, when she is found dead in the walk-in freezer. There are some good points and even a twist or two I didn't see coming, but it's mostly quite bland and seems like something that was quickly thrown together. Margery and Clementine are dinner ladies, or to give them their official title 'Education Centre Nourishment Consultants' (really? This deeply personal and supportive series offers listeners an honest and relatable insight into how some the UK's best-known celebrities have coped with mental health difficulties, ranging from OCD to insomnia, addiction to grief, and depression to anxiety. Also I wonder whether the author actually knows anyone in their 60s, as Clementine and Margery seem more like 90-year-olds with their slow walking, shakes, inability to drive faster than 20kph, ignorance of modern tech, and bedtimes before 8pm.

Their calm life is shattered when their kitchen manager is found dead in the school’s walk-in freezer. For further information about your statutory rights, contact your local authority Trading Standards department or consumer advice center (for example the Citizen's Advice Bureau if you are in the UK).Access to the Plus Catalogue—thousands of Audible Originals, audiobooks and podcasts, including exclusive series. The town’s peace is shaken however after their kitchen manager is found dead in the walk-in freezer. Finally, the mystery isn't even worth getting into at this point because, truly, at halfway through the book I'm not sure the author or their creations care. Our team is made up of book lovers who are dedicated to sourcing and providing the best books for kids. One of the first few pages almost made me put the book down as one of the ladies dropped a tea cup in shock when finding out someone at work had died.
