They may not host classic safari animals like elephants, but this is a wonderful park for discovering species you may never have heard of before. However, the seagulls are proving to be a bit of a nuisance when it comes to trying to steal food from our visitors and our animal enclosures! We need to do what we can to keep the seagulls away from our main visitor dining areas, which is why we are looking for a team of people to join our Visitor Services team as ‘Seagull Deterrents’. The role, which would be housed within the zoo’s Visitor Services team, will involve someone dressing up in the inflatable costume and keeping seagulls away from the main visitor dining areas. West Midland Safari Park is home to over 600 animals with the UK’s biggest collection of white lions, cheetahs, hippopotami, and meerkats, making it one of the UK’s best zoos! At Twycross Zoo you can expect to see flamingos, snow leopards, meerkats and bonobo monkeys too. There are daily talks, a soft play area and an outdoor playing area to enjoy as well. Lots to do here!

There’s also a giant anteater experience where you can feed Diego (a fitting name for an anteater) some of his favourite treats. Knowsley Safari Park This is one of the best safari parks near Manchester. Perfect for a fun day out. There are many talks at Dudley Zoo where you can learn about the animals, such as the bird of prey talk which is in the castle grounds. We love the history and ghost talk, which is completely unique to this zoo! Well, well, well – looks like we’re talking about one of the finest zoos around! I’m telling you, Chester Zoo is the real mccoy. And let me explain why this place is so epic.
