B&K Hybrid Solutions is part of the Heage-based construction giant Bowmer & Kirkland Group which started life as a steel fabricator and now also designs large-scale timber structures. B&K Hybrid Solutions’ extensive experience with Cross Laminated Timber has been invaluable in delivering our first Deltabeam and CLT solution on behalf of Balfour Beatty plc. BKHS were engaged under a PCSA to develop the Deltabeam and CLT solution with the project team, including detailed vibration analysis of the long span floor plate and the development of critical connection details.
