Like their previous album 'Vessel' (2013), the album takes influence from various genres, including hip hop, rock, pop, reggae, and indie. Ok hands up I admit I finally bought this album because that single track "Stressed Out" was burning an earworm in my head. The whole album is a banger from start to finish and there seems to be a definite thread/story running through all the tracks, I like that.
