About this deal

A stainless steel portafilter allows for naked or spouted brewing, and our custom pressure gauge ensures precise extractions. Also, more rarely, if excess pressure is left inside the brew group and the lever is suddenly released, the cylinder can slightly disengage from the portafilter. This was measured only by taste and produced a shot that was mild and sweet and hasn't extracted the bitter roast flavors.

That may be good to get into a general range as long as the beans are fresh and are similarly roasted and processed to what you'll be using. Watch the gauge to see that the pressure has released but also keep the lever engaged while easing pressure. Select between three color combinations: black, white or chrome, and each Flair PRO 2 manual espresso maker also features Flair’s timeliness brushed copper portafilter base.Overall, I believe the Flair Signature PRO is a successful design for pulling controlled shots of fine espresso. The Flair PRO 2 is made from durable materials like cast aluminum and stainless steel, so you can be sure your manual espresso maker, by Flair, is built to last.

Through direct partnerships with local farmers and a meticulous selection process, we ensure that only the highest-quality Arabica and Robusta beans are chosen.COMPLETE BREW CONTROL - The Flair PRO 2 features a custom pressure gauge with an Espresso Zone between 6-9 BAR, exactly that needed to create cafe-quality manual espresso extractions. This disengagement at the end of the pull can be eliminated entirely by watching the pressure gauge to make sure all pressure is released, as I'll show below. For now, the GCP will remain my machine of choice first thing in the morning, but I'm looking forward to experimenting and traveling with the Flair. Add a few drops of water before pouring the beans into the grinder chute (Ross Droplet Technique, aka RDT, reduces static cling of the grounds).
