About this deal

Retinol expressed as Retinol acetate. The radical protection factor (RPF) was measured in vitro by electron spin resonance. But what makes our new concoction so exceptional? We’ve now enriched every bottle with double the concentration of edelweiss, which is naturally (and rather uniquely) strengthened with leontopodic acid known for its antioxidant properties. In fact, the tiny edelweiss plant is so resilient and powerful that its extract has 43% more antioxidant power than retinol.* Pretty extraordinary, right? We’ve enriched our vegan serum with natural-origin peptides too, just for good measure. Derived from rice, peptides are known to help maintain the skin’s natural moisture barrier. Choose from some of our favourites below like our Roots of Strength or Aloe Soothing Day Cream and then add our Tea Tree Skin Clearing Foaming Cleanser or another from our cleansing range.

Because I do not suffer from problems of under eye bags, I cannot comment upon that. I would love to know if someone has an opinion about it, please leave a comment below and share with us. It should come as no surprise that the Drops of Youth Concentrate formula contains a high concentration of denatured alcohol, which we already mentioned is very damaging to your skin (similar to putting rubbing alcohol on your skin!) This formula contains a couple beneficial ingredients, such as beech bud extract and sodium hyaluronate, but we don’t think the benefits provided by these ingredients will outweigh the high concentration of denatured alcohol. This mask is highly rated. It’s a generous size, fits the whole face and leaves skin looking and feeling hydrated. There’s one more surprise – our recyclable bottle*** is now made with recycled glass too. What’s not to love?

It’s a little gunky to use, so I massage it in then rinse it off in the shower. It pills and turns into gross little balls of dirt and dead skin. Smooth on our Liquid Peel and watch it transform from gel to peel. Rinse to lift away impurities, dead skin cells and pollutants, leaving skin looking clean and feeling fresh. At first, you think maybe it’s just the product itself clumping up but if you ‘repeat’ an area, then you won’t get those bits the second time around.

How To Use

See life through younger-looking eyes. Our unique Drops of Youth™ Eye Concentrate, enriched with Edelweiss plant stem cells, instantly refreshes the eye contour, and smoothes out the appearance of lines, bags and fatigue* for younger-looking eyes. Enriched with a concentrated dose of our iconic Drops of Youth™ formula, simply unfold your mask and smooth it on. It’s easy and comfortable to apply and leaves your skin feeling instantly smoother and fresher.

Made with ingredients of natural origin, it only takes a couple of drops of our revitalising new Edelweiss Eye Concentrate to leave your eye area looking smoother, stronger* and plumped with 24hr moisture – just ask the 103 women who tried (and loved!) our new eye serum in an independent user trial**. Overall I am very happy with this product. It does takes away the morning puffiness like a dream. Reduces fine lines and makes the skin more taut. Gives a brightening effect around the eyes. Makes the skin very smooth to touch. However, not so sure about the long term benefits. The only products in the entire Drops of Youth collection that do not contain denatured alcohol are the Bouncy Sleep Mask and the Youth Gentle Foam Wash. But keep in mind that these products still contain numerous fragrance ingredients. Fragrance has no benefits for the skin, yet is known to cause irritation and sensitivity. Where is The Body Shop Drops of Youth sold?Small but mighty, it helps smooth the appearance of undereye fine lines, so the skin around the eye area appears less tired and look revitalized.
