About this deal

Comments: This is some amazing fluorocarbon. Cheap, strong, sensitive, easy casting... It has it all. Get this line

Comments:This line is great!! I tryed it because invizex In 12 & 15lb was out! I was skeptical because I've only ever used invizex... I've tryed a lot of different lines and kno some are complete junk! And it realy seams that the cheaper they are? The cheaper they are! NOT TRUE WITH THIS LINE.. red label is great!! I have more spools of seaguar laying around than any other brands and I am LOYAL2 them as a company!! Great line for price , and have never BROKE off!! And it's very usable !! WOULD RECOMMEND! Comments:I love this line, only brand of flourocarbon i use on the market! I buy this time and time again, it is very abrasion resistant + it is very nicely priced. I have no clue what people are talking about when they say this line doesn't hold up! I've used the 12, 15, and 20 lb and they ALL hold up with great performance! 10/10 for me! ItemImage" : "https://assets.basspro.com/image/list/fn_select:jq:first(.%5B%5D%7Cselect(.public_id%20%7C%20endswith(%22main%22)))/1557331.json", The idea of a fluorocarbon line is typically used as a leader tied to your braid or monofilament mainline. The leader will be nearly invisible to fish, while also presenting the lure or bait in such a way as to draw more bites. What makes fluorocarbon line so unique? This line have a 4.5/5 for me and that's because the memory on this line isn't the greatest but it's strong as nails.Comments:for the money, you can't beat Seagar red label. I use 10 & 12 for crankin & 15 for just about everything else. Very good, inexpensive & strong ! Blue Label is Seaguar's most popular leader material. It was designed with saltwater fishing in mind, but is used by some freshwater anglers who desire an especially tough yet supple fluorocarbon leader as well. It sinks fast and has incredible tensile and knot strength (34 percent better than leading competitors), so you never have to worry about your leader to mainline connection failing. Pink Label is nearly identical to Blue Label in design, function, and intended use, with one small difference: it has light pink color instead of clear translucence. That's it. Same diameters for each pound test and same tensile and knot strength.

Comments:Without question this is the best low dollar flourocarbon on the market. Seaguar is the only company in the world that manufacturers their own resin for their lines so they are able to make a better quality line at a lower price than any of their competitors. Fluorocarbon is typically less visible underwater since the index of refraction is 1.42 this is closer to the index of refraction of water which is 1.33. Standard monofilament has an index of refraction of around 1.55. On my spin/baitcasting rod I’ll use a braided line as my main and Red Label as my leader (works great for this). If you’re doing any sort of trolling behind a boat then there are probably better options out there such as InvizX, AbrazX, or Tatsu. It’ll work completely fine but I think you’d get better results with something else. With Basix, I would probably change my line a lot more. It does tend to get more brittle and unwieldy at times the longer you have it on a reel. After a couple months or three, you’re going to want to swap it. The Invizx is also a good choice, but it’s a bit more specialized. If you know what kind of fishing you want to do, and you’re sure that you’ll be doing a lot of it, then the Invizx may be a better choice.Comments:I've literally fished them all. Literally. Pound for pound this is the best. It's worth double the price. The 4lb is maybe the best finesse line ever made. For the money it's not even close there's monos that are more expensive.

There’s a reason Seaguar Red Label has become one of the most popular mainline fluorocarbon products on the market – it simply offers great value for money. Comments: I use this as leader material for my braid in both fresh and saltwater, from 10-20lb. For that purpose, it is solid all-around. If you're looking for a quality leader material, I'd recommend Red Label. Berkely Vanish comes as a fluorocarbon fishing line and as a leader line. The bulk spools of the fishing line actually work well as a leader material as well. The mainline material is not stiff and is soft like a monofilament line. This is the type of line I like to use for trout fishing in streams and snapper fishing on the ocean.I can guarantee you won't break off and if you are breaking when catching fish make sure you are making a secure knot and wetting your line before you tighten you line and if you are unsure how the line did after catching a fish in some weird situation or just caught a monster in general then retie your line. Comments: Tip for this line, only use it as leader line, never spool a reel with this stuff unless it's a larger spool or smaller pound test. The abrasion resistance, and knot strength is amazing, but the memory is just not good on reel spools. Comments:Good knot strength and possibly general strength are the only good features this line has to offer, HORRIBLE memory, knots up easily, castability is not great, maybe I got a bad batch but if not you may as well use low gauge WIRE as fishing line.
