The POR15 Fuel Tank Sealer Kit contains everything you need to repair and restore any small fuel tank.

Fuel tank sealer is poured into the tank and then the tank rotated in all directions to ensure the whole inside of the tank is coated. It chemically bonds to the tank forming a strong permanent seal which resists further corrosion. It is recommended that the tank is prepared using POR15 cleaner degreaser and then POR15 metal prep to ensure the tank is clean and rust free before using the tank sealer. This includes POR15 Rust Preventive Paint (113ml). Tin covers up to 12sq feet. Perfect if you don’t finish all in once. Metal Prep to remove rust, etch the interior surface, and leave a zinc phosphate coating to prevent further rusting

Cleaner Degreaser - is ideal as the first step to renovating corroded metal as it removes all traces of dirt, grease wax and other contaminants which leaves the surface ready for painting or rust treatment. It can also be diluted in hot water to effectively clean out the inside of petrol or oil tanks. Although highly effective on metal components, POR15 cleaner degreaser can also be used to clean vinyl, canvas and nylon. Whilst any paint will provide some degree of protection from rust for a while, no other is as permanent as POR-15. When others have chipped, scratched, flaked, and peeled, POR-15 Rust Preventative Paint will still be preventing rust.It’s so tough it actually adds strength to weakened metal. And it won’t absorb moisture and swell like conventional body fillers. Try it yourself, it’s incredible!
